To achieve this extreme angle I stood on a bucket and took the picture from above the subjects head. This gave an extreme anlge of the subject. I like the way you can see his whole body and the color contrast between his pants and the rest of the picture. I also like the shadows from the tree in the back. I could have picked a spot where there was more contrast. Extreme angles make the photograph more interesting. I would choose to use extreme angles in a photograph when I want to make a simple photograph look more interesting.
